First of all, the one star is for Winston, because I had to leave at least one star. Winston was absolutely wonderful. He was so sweet, gentle, and well-behaved. He never jumped on me or pulled me while we walked. It was almost as if he knew I was disabled and have difficulty walking, because he stayed right beside me at a slow pace. Ron, the owner, was extremely kind and very helpful with my old license plate. The service shop manager, whom I believe is named Geoffrey, was also very nice, professional, and helpful.
