Company is a scam!! Tried to make me pay repo charges when I was still in possession of my car. Please avoid them at all cost!!! Added insurance with my car note and been paying them when I called they said I don’t even have insurance!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!
The worst customer service with insanely high fees that they are unable to help with. My truck got picked up at 65 days late on a sat morning at 830 am. I called the bank and was directed to a call center at 9 am. Which is the number google maps gives you. I was informed the collections and recovery department is closed on weekends and to call back monday. I needed to talk to them to get the exact amount to pay at the branch. To release my vehicle.
