Rude staff over the phone.
The bank is nice and the staff is friendly. The app is easy to use and there are more locations in AZ now compared to 8 years ago which was my first time using them. Although, one of the cashiers did have a bit of an attitude. I get it we all have bad days but that left a bit of a bad third impression. My first two visits, the other ladies were very kind and friendly.
