In 1955, we started in a one-room barrack at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base with the mission to help Tucson’s airmen and their families. Back then, known as DMAFB Federal Credit Union we served a little under 600 Members and had less than $60,000 in assets. By the end of the '60s, we had grown to nearly 14 thousand Members, sowing the seeds for the rapid growth we would see in future decades. Easy self serve drivethru ATM
We have used Vantage west for 2 loans. Excellent service. We are not near a branch but their app is simple which is nice. Paid off our car and title was sent right away.. The only draw back is the amount of time it takes to transfer funds. But was told thats normal for credit unions.Wll use them again for sure.
I was at this branch today and the customer service was great. The clerk helping me took care of what I needed and was really nice. Also, I would like to give a big thanks to the manager. She is awesome just making things a little easier so I could get everything I needed taken care of
I switched over to vantage west from my long time bank, transfered quite a bit of money over as well. I have been waiting for my bank card for three weeks now. I called support and an order was never placed for my card lol. I will be closing my accounts today once I step in and tell them how unprofessional they are. :)
