From our first day opening our accounts [savings; checking; credit card and auto loan] I have had nothing but sincere and kind interactions from all the team in Casa Grande. Veronica - you got us started I believe in 2008- and I couldn't be more happy doing business with Vantage West!
Very dissatisfied with customer service. I have been locked out of my account for at least 4 days and for some reason no one can help me with this issue. I misplaced my member number and they say that I have to wait and extra day for someone to get back to me.Was told that if I went to a vantage west branch office they (should) be able to help me.... their not even able to tell me for sure. It's very inconvenient having to drive all the way to the branch just to get you account unlocked. Why have private information if they ... read more
I have been with them for almost 2 years now and I just love them. They have always been very kind and understanding. I am very please with their customer service andjust the warm welcoming I get when I come in. Thank you to all the staff there for the hard work and meeting allmy needs.
