Vantage is a very good place to work for. They make it easy for someone to live independently. Get to go do fun things with clients and have fun with staff members. Have all the tranning you need to be able to be great at your job and what you do.
I’ve worked for Vantage for a little over a month now and absolutely love it! The training is through, the support staff are available for questions and to resolve any issues you may have quickly. The level of care and love provided to our clients is amazing. I love what I do!
