My girlfriend had hip issues and Vantage Sports & Rehab is a lifesaver! They helped her before and after surgery and provided much needed pain relief. Their staff has been very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable staff has provided advice and talked us through exercises and told us what we can do at home to help with the hip. After attending a handful of other physical therapists without success, (ongoing shoulder/pectoral problem), Vantage Sports and Rehab in Palmer was able to fix the issue. All of their staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I mainly worked with Jennifer and Steven during my time there, and the techniques used (massage, exercises, stretching, rock tape) definitely worked, as I'm not experiencing pain during daily routine activities anymore. Vantage is the best PT place I have had. They truly understand that PT is about making you better and use a gentle, yet powerful, approach to realigning your body and at the same time strengthening it without forcing your body to d something it can't do. This is the only PT I will go to.
I'm so pleased to have this firm treat my recovery from a total knee replacement. I've used other therapy entities and Vantage is by far the best. The therapists are up on the latest techniques including myofascial treatment and the use of rock tape in addition to being professional yet friendly. I heartily recommend them.
