Update: This is the issue you are responding without knowing what happened. Mychart is a terrible platform. It breaks often. It is very insecure, I would prefer not to have my data on a broken platform. My doctor also did not reply to MyChart messages. So do not assume I did not know who to contact. I was contacting your office lbecause i have been getting the run around on getting my records. If you want to discuss I will gladly discuss.
