Lived here for 7 1/2 years. Loved the location. Maintenance is stretched thin lately but have never had an emergency that wasn't addressed immediately. They have also stopped replacing washers and dryers, leaving you with the cost of replacing them yourself if they break. Office manager Denise is the best asset this company has in Lafayette!!
