We have an issue with the this title company putting title under a different property several years ago but with the same lot and block in a different town. We are still waiting to get this resolved for weeks and communication is non responsive. Very disappointing and my client my lose there buyers on her property.
Received some help from someone there in regards to a really old closing. I explained the situation and the person, Carol, took all the information and proceeded to help the borrower out. Thanks for going the extra mile!
Thank you – so very much for your help. You literally made the impossible happen with your time and knowledge. My client is a repeat customer (5th file for the same client I’m now closing w/Vantage) and in this market you just can’t afford to lose any – especially ones who provide repeat business. Their customer service is awful. Difficult to work with, poor communication and have a "We don't care" attitude. The only reason they are getting 1 star is you can't leave zero. Luckily we got our deal closed and everyone got paid. It was extended more than once to get it done. Not the place to go if you want a stress free experience! Super disappointing and do not recommend!
