Roof is still leaking after they replaced it. They refuse to answer our calls or emails. It’s been six months with no contact. They did not use sufficient soffit or flash, they just applied a lot of sealant. There is water damage to the room below. The roof wasn’t leaking before they replaced it. We've contracted another company to repair. I hate writing a negative review for a local business, but these things matter.
David did a good job on my roof! He worked quickly and was flexible with weather to make the job happen in time. Unfortunately, his craftsmanship was marred by poor communication. I was promised a receipt and final invoice for the work but have yet to receive them. I feel a receipt is a normal request for a purchase of this size! He also said he’d leave some extra shingles from the leftover material but ended up using them on another job. That said, overall the work was done well! Thanks, David!
