I was quoted a flat rate for small claims case, called back a day later and was quoted much more money and Terrell refused to honor his first quote. I really liked everything they had done up to this point, but going back on your quote is unacceptable. UPDATE: I immediately got a call after I posted the above review, explained that I (legally) record my calls and that his quote was recorded.
