Incredible Colorado Gym! Focusing on strength and conditioning for the Colorado lifestyle. The programming here is exceptional. Can't recommend it highly enough! Stop in if you haven't yet and see all it has to offer.
BEST GYM COMMUNITY EVER. Vantage Movement is by far the best gym I have ever been a part of. Not only are the owners of the gym also personal trainers and coaches, but their programming is the most dynamic and creative I have experienced. What a great gym! Love the friendly, down-to-earth community that welcomes newbies & veterans alike. The coaches meet folks where they're at. They take care to teach proper form, modify workouts to fit individual needs, etc. No judgment here, no pressure to prove anything. At the same time, there's always an open invitation to push yourself. These workouts are sick. I didn't know my body was capable of some of this stuff. Prepare to be challenged in the best way!
Since switching to this gym I feel like I’m in the best shape I’ve been in years. The coaches and community here know how to push you in a way that feels good to YOU vs the classic competitive CrossFit mentality. They present 5 levels of the workout per class to meet you where you’re at and push you to hit your goals.
I've been practicing CrossFit for a while and I love it, but I had been trying to reevaluate my relationship with it. Then I found Vantage, where I can still practice all my skills and lifting without burning out or getting hurt. At Vantage, they really pay attention to you, and you feel well-guided and cared for. Highly recommended!
