Process has been disgusting. Impossible to get communication/responses
From the first day I stepped into a Vantage show home to the day I finally got the keys to my house, I have had nothing but a positive experience. Vantage have been amazing and I would definitely build with them again, our build was so quick and we watched our build over take ones that started before ours. One thing I really appreciated was that the staff I communicated with throughout the process never changed so I always knew exactly who to contact at each stage. We recently built with Vantage and couldn't be happier. From the original enquiry and the show home everything was very professional. Staff were always on the end of the phone or email to help with any issues or questions we had. Nicci especially is extremely knowledgeable about the product and can taylor what you require within budget. Just moved into our new Vantage home and could not have been happier with the process from day 1!! From the ladies in the show home, Nicci in the office, the contract coordinator Astar and the design team through to John our long suffering site manager, the communication has been clear and timely throughout. Could not recommend Vantage more highly, if you are looking for a building company that will respond to any changes or queries give them a call. Oh love our house too!!
