Just completed our colour selection process with Suriya very helpful and knowledgeable design consultant also helped my daughter on her build I like they are not pushy but give you ideas and information and let you decide Suriya has great knowledge and ideas and nothing is to much trouble definitely rate the experience so far
Moved in last week. Vantage went above and beyond to make this happen. Our build manager was fantastic,nothing is a problem. The staff at the office are exceptional.There patience and help has been great. I would recommend Vantage, to everyone. Building can be stressful, but the team at Vantage are the best.
We recently finished our build with Vantage. Overall most aspects were positive. Some departments need a lesson in customer relations. Nicci was amazing from start to finish. There really should be a list of all things that could be added or changed, very frustrating to find out mid build and then have to pay all the extra fees. Make sure you know and are aware of everything you need. Most of our requests were answered and accommodated, thank you. Overall a good outcome and positive experiences.
We didn’t buy anything yet, but as per our very bad pre sale communications which pushed us to do some more research this is conclusion: Don’t deal with these guys
Every moment of my experience with Vantage has been perfect! Communication is exceptional! The teams knowledge and guidance has been well received as a single mum doing my first build. The builders have been fantastic, working hard and getting a great result ahead of schedule. They were also very helpful when I wanted changes to my contract. My new neighbours also shared the same amazing experience with Vantage. Highly recommend and will use them again in the future.
