I had an excellent experience receiving my iron IV treatments here. I came once or twice a week for about six weeks, and every single visit I was treated with kindness and patience. Jely at the front desk was always welcoming, helpful, and made scheduling and check-ins very easy. Dr. Kaheel is very considerate, he cares about his patients and called me after hearing I wasn’t able to do my appointment for misunderstanding. Which I think is excellent. The nurses and phlebotomist are good too , one of the front desk girls has attitude but you can reschedule with the other front desk girl , she is more reachable.
I cannot recommend Dr. Kafeel and Nurse Practitioner Lira enough. Navigating an oncology journey is one of the most difficult things a person can face, but having this incredible team by my side has made all the difference. Dr Kafeel is one of the most dedicated doctors i have ever worked with. During our first appointment he spent 2.5 hours with me, explaining everything in details about what to expect with my treatment moving forward. He called me back at 6 am on a sunday when i was having a lot of discomfort and sent me medication right way. I have never seen that type of dedication and concern from any doctor my entire life. Thanks to him, my healing journey was very comfortable.
