Horrible place...this is where you send someone when you/they are ready to die. Staff does the minimum of handing out meds (that is if they can get them or don't accidentally double dose you) and dropping off disgusting food. My mother was there for a week and we were promised physical therapy and counseling. She received nothing! They would not even attempt to get her to walk.
