We were very pleased with Derk and Vantage Foundation, from the first meeting to the very end. He and his crew were very nice but professional. They were "always" on time and kept us informed of everything. . During the process, they discovered some very nasty "old" pipes that were rusted and had been "leaking" for quite sometime. Once the pipes were replaced the crew completed their job on time. They replaced old piers with cement piers, cleaned up replacing everything as they found it. I hired Derk and Vantage Foundation at the recommendation of a friend who had used them. They removed the existing wooden piers on our smallish house project and replaced them with cement piers; they also replaced 3 damaged beams AFTER calling to let us know about the change in the scope of work, the price change, and providing photos of the beams prior to pulling them (they definitely needed replacement!).
