Alta Equipment in Latham is amazing! I can't say enough good things about them. I especially wanted to comend Gary Lee. Gary has gone above and beyond every time I have had a problem. I have some older equipment but Gary still comes through with repair solutions and has done a great job with always finding the parts I need. As an owner operator having someone in your corner to keep your equipment up, running, and making money is huge. I had trouble with my 50Z not turning over to start and throwing a code on Sunday. Gary Lee responded by text and then called me to try and help get me going. I can't say enough about the support from Gary on a Sunday Thanks!
We cannot say enough good things about the people from Latham. Very easy to deal with. Whenever we may an issue, they respond and come to our location within a timely manner.
If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! Bought a paver, they promised that it had been thru and that it was fully functional and operational as it should be. We get it off the trailer and immediately have issues so we call and they promise to send a technician out. Took 3 weeks to have someone come out, after 2 weeks they couldn't figure it out and took it back to work on there. Took them SIX MONTHS to fix it, to where we had to buy another paver.
