Disappointing and unprofessional Booked an appointment prior for a beard trim, arrived 5 mins early and informed I was there. Waited 20-25 mins past my appointment time while the staff spent their time talking to mates who already had their hair finished, really unprofessional. Left telling the staff I had to go to work and was disappointed that this was the only time I could go in this week. Follow up call to reschedule from shop and they didn’t remember I had said this was the only time I could attend this week.

Best hair cut I’ve had seriously these guys are worth it walked in without a booking and was given great hospitality. In from Perth wa and have not been able to get a better hair cut since.

I had a great experience with Jason. He was very understanding when it came to my requests, even though I didn't know exactly what I was after myself. He was reassuring when I felt like I was being annoying with slight adjustments here and there. He did a great job sculpting my hair, especially given that I have thinning hair. His passion for hair dressing definitely comes through! Would recommend
