DONT MOVE HERE!!!!! October 2025 will be 4 years I've lived here at Urban Oaks at Conroe. When I first moved in it was called Vantage Oaks at Conroe. Since then it has been bought out and name has changed to Urban Oaks at Co pre. Front office management/workers have had such a huge turnover, at least 6 times now. I issued a complaint in December 2024 of neighbors smelling Marijuana and the smell entering my apartment through the bathroom exhaust vents. I've call the cops and made a police report. Please read reviews. Not all these fake reviews from residents who don't even live here. I lived here for almost 3 years. It was once a great place to live until they got bought out. Management changes every 6 months. The management keeps getting worse and worse. They had a BIG issue with one of the maintence men. Several residents wouldn't even let him in their home. But I had it the worst. I caught this man in my apartment 3 times when I never requested maintenance. Then their master key to my apartment went missing. I ask... read more
