phone for service and the service call charge is extremely expensive $398.00. Wish there is another company that can service subzero with lower fee and better communication service.
Our 15 year old WOLF Electric Cooktop (which I love) required the power board to be replaced. We had an amazing experience with this company! The customer service was top-notch and exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Vantage. Thank you Brandie and Sandy.
I have a hard time rating this company as they provided horrible service horrible workmanship three plus times coming back to fix and wrecked our hard wood floor. When called and advised immediately not once did a manager call back. Pictures sent in I heard them wreck the floor and they just acted like nothing happened. Don’t recommend !
Service we received was not on par with the top-tier brands Vantage services (I.e. Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove). Technician was abrupt and hurried and missed completing one of the required repairs to our fridge. My wife made a scheduling mistake (admittedly her fault) and we missed being home for the return appointment, and now Vantage flat out refuses to return.
