Fantastic service from Vantage, both from the admin staff and the tech Doug. He was very helpful and professional explaining how he was diagnosing our Sub-Zero, made a timely repair and even helped me sort out our ice maker. Vantage is a must for your high-end appliances, they are actually certified by Sub-Zero, not pretending to be like some other companies. I tried another company first and deeply regret it. Thanks again!
We’ve had a great experience with Vantage Appliances. Their technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Although there was a minor hiccup during the repair, the office admin team handled everything smoothly and professionally. The technician went the extra mile today by tightening the handle on our fridge, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend.

Hi, I would just like to warn people to ensure they get the cost of a service call from these People. I had Doug come to my home in Canmore when he was already here on another service call and I still was charge $550 in a service call and mileage + labor+parts. I don’t mind paying my fair share, however when you come and do a number of calls in a day this is really taking the piss!! He squeezed me in at the end of the day and I paid $723 for the repair and the part cost $37, the rest went in his pocket!!
Service is good… BUT The service call pricing is extremely high. They charge $316.00 for the first 30 minutes, then $52.00 for each additional 15 minutes, plus the cost of any parts used. Be aware that the $316 was only to diagnose the issue—no repairs were carried out beyond that. Make sure you’re prepared for this level of pricing before booking a service.
