We have lived in 4 different apartment complexes over the last 7 years, Vantage has been by far the most disappointing. I myself am a 22 year veteran licensed Real estate agent and I have never seen such a poorly managed facility. This is not a reflection on Mo the building manager his hands are seemingly tied by the strata management company. Just because something looks nice, doesn’t mean it actually is. RUN.
Worst place I’ve ever stayed in. Treated poorly and building manger and management do not care about their residents or owners. Car broken into multiple times and everything here is always broken. Threats from fines, parking fines even at 1am, laziness to check CCTV footage of breakins, threats for other people’s plumbing. DO NOT RENT OR BUY HERE!
