If you ever have to deal with Sue from strive, good luck! She is very rude and unhelpful. I have never had worse service in my life. They will also audit you and lock your account if you submit multiple claims at once so I suggest sending them all separately. It took months for them to unlock my account. It was ridiculous. I am very disappointed and would not recommend Strive/Highland benefits. Their plan includes like 5 things under one total and not each as well so you can't go for physio, massage, acupuncture, etc. becaus... read more
