Loss is so devastating. In this extremely emotional time, Chris made us feel very comfortable and calm in making decisions that needed to be made in a timely manner. The environment is very comforting for grieving and connecting. Everyone was respectful to our family and did their best to honor our wishes.

Can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience was with Chris James and his entire staff. They made those difficult days of losing our mom so very easy for us. They responded quickly to our questions; they treated us with such respect and care. I don’t know how I would have gotten through that week without their guidance and assistance.
