Loss is so devastating. In this extremely emotional time, Chris made us feel very comfortable and calm in making decisions that needed to be made in a timely manner. The environment is very comforting for grieving and connecting. Everyone was respectful to our family and did their best to honor our wishes.

Can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience was with Chris James and his entire staff. They made those difficult days of losing our mom so very easy for us. They responded quickly to our questions; they treated us with such respect and care. I don’t know how I would have gotten through that week without their guidance and assistance. Vanston and James handled my mother's service beautifully. They made the entire process very easy for my father, coming to his home rather than making him go to them. Chris handled all communication easily and promptly through text and email so we didn't have to leave our family to handle details. Everyone we dealt with was kind and compassionate. Would definitely deal with them in the future and recommend to others.
