Unprofessional and Fraudulent - reserved a viewing slot for £99 - told it would be 100% refundable but after patiently waiting 3 weeks and communication with Josh its still not been refunded - I understand that this common - so not the basis for a good business relationship - I would be careful and steer clear of Vansco.
Brilliant service from Josh at Vansco. Really nice guy and would even reply to messages out of hours when I had questions. Nice clean van would definitely recommend this place.
Couldn’t be more embarrassed if was the owner is this company. Everything was going so well but two months ago I wasn’t told there DD system didn’t register my account. Not only was I not informed they decided to let me know after I was two payments in arrears. I made it clear I wasn’t 450 miles from where I was living at the time and permanently working and that I would get payment sent over the next week when I’m back and had time to sort my bank account out. Jason sold me a van July 2024, and we couldn't be happier with his service. Everything was sorted. New windscreen, re-painted, serviced and cleaned. Happy to have bought from Vansco, would look there next time if I ever want a van again.
