Bought an investment off a real estate guy called Bora trading under "Bold Vision Real Estate". The builder is called Vansan Construction, one of the worst people I have dealt with. Wont answer calls, always lies. I hope Karma catches up to them both, now I'm unable to sell the property due to the issues. PLEASE BE AWARE OF BOLD VISION REAL ESTATE and VANSAN CONSTRUCTION.
