Josh was superb and I am extremely pleased with my visit. Everything was explained clearly and location had a nice calm atmosphere unlike many other types of places I have gone for car work, so continue the good work and make sure you keep Josh as he is a true asset to your organization.

I have opted to come to the Van’s Sheffield location because it’s been easier to schedule service vs N. Ridgeville. Have had good experiences in the past. Yesterday, 9/9 I had general maintenance on my vehicle. When I arrived home after my appt., noticed several grease marks on my inside door at drivers side. The back bumper, window and hatch also had blue fluid marks. Hoping this is just an isolated incident.

He is knowledgeable, personable, trustworthy and thoroughly explains every and any issues with your car in detail in layman's terms, lays out your options, makes his recommendation then let's you determine what works best for you. Tech's then do an excellent professional repair or service. GREAT place to get your automotive needs taken care of right the first time.
