Horrible experience. Partner had heard that shoes were getting released on December 5th in store. So she called this store- she was told by a female employee “we have the shoe in stock. We reserved the online stock as last time a drop like this happened online sold out very quickly and we did not get any stock, we’re putting them on the shelves tonight to sell tomorrow” - employee ended the phone conversation with “i hope to see you tomorrow” Partner- very excited for this news travelled and hour and a half to get two pairs ... read more
Two girls on Sunday give me a great customer service!!
On 10/7/24 my son and I went into vans and were served by Joshua. Joshua was so helpful, professional and polite that he made the experience enjoyable. He sat down and discussed with us which size would be best and why, in a really kind and friendly manner. Joshua by far is the friendliest sales assistant I have ever met.
Just stood in the store for 10 minutes waiting for help. Not a worker in sight. 2 family’s came and went whilst I was there also. Don’t waste your time here.
Went in there today to buy shoes for my wife and 3 kids Walked in no acknowledgement by the lady working at the counter.. had a look at some shoes. Still nothing. Walked out.. ended up coming back in again.. not sure why.. lady at the counter must of been doing something serious.. Still no acknowledgement or help.. ened up walking out and across to platypus shoes and buying shoes there. I don't need the royal treatment but a hello or how can I help would be nice
