Was charged a months rent when it should have be free per uhaul since we rented a uhaul truck and needed temporary storage and on move out day 3 weeks later the dragged their feet to get the tools to remove the lock they provided when uhaul key didn't work. The movers we hired waited over an hour because they were very slow to get the tools needed to remove the lock and at least 3 different times I had to walk back to the front office to find out what was taking so long to get the tools they were supposed to be getting. Chris, Joy and their team are amzing staff to work with, we had a storage room with them in Fountain Hills for 6 years and I can't say enough how helpful and amzing their service is the word "NO" isn't in their vocabularies. Class A staff, highly recommend.
Full service U-Haul with storage facility, equipment rentals and packing supplies. After buying supplies there, would never buy from a big box store again. The owner was super helpful and is a bit of a jokester. They had everything I needed and then some. They also have a recycling bin which people can drop off previously used boxes which you can take. I also like that they have a buy back if you end up not using all your boxes.
Not only are this location’s facilities and vehicles neat and clean (with two moving blankets included with your rental), but they are one of the few local U-Haul rental locations that are conveniently open until 7:00 PM. Great customer service. Renting here is a breeze.
I've been to many U Haul locations throughout the years, and the service at this Phoenix Valley location is exceptional. Special shout out to Brian & Joy for their time & effort to ensure that we understood the features and benefits of our rental. Much appreciated! -J&J-
