The two men I picked up the vehicle from on 8/9/25, which one of them was who I dropped the vehicle off to, treated me so sexist. Anybody can tell that it’s a push to start keyless ignition because there is no key on the key ring. Push to start vehicles have existed for over 20 years; and it’s hardly the first push to start u-haul van I’ve rented without having to be told it’s push to start by the woman I pick it up from at another location. Great service!! Driving car and motorcycle from OK to CA, when husband became too exhausted in Fountain Hills AZ. Chris was sooo helpful with trying to get us a trailer, to helping with a hotel room, to finally deciding on storing the motorcycle..he stayed late to make sure the motorcycle fit in the unit and to make sure we were safe and ready to go...Thank you for being a glowing light in our time of need.
