I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Port Melbourne service centre. I originally brought my Mercedes-Benz Sprinter in because of an issue with the automatic step. After the service, I discovered that my dashcam had fallen off. What concerned me even more was the way the situation was handled. Instead of simply acknowledging my concern and dealing with it professionally, I was told that the dashcam was already damaged. I never asked for compensation for the dashcam.
