A big thank you to Brandon. We encountered an issue with the stitching of the shoe, we live out of town so it took a bit of time to get back to the store but he was more than happy to resolve the problem. 5 star service, really enjoying the new set of shoes!
Excellent and friendly service on a Friday afternoon, while looking for shoes for my son. Had shopped at Platypus on Hay Street the day before and every moment i was in that shop felt like i was a huge inconvenience. Glad i shopped at Vans instead! Thanks guys!
