PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND. Their customer service is EXTREMELY POOR!!! I was accused of being at fault by the REGIONAL MANAGER because I wasn’t home when my parcel was delivered which I paid $20 SAME DAY DELIVERY BY THE WAY. Instead of helping to resolve the issue, they told me I had to go and collect the item myself as it is my fault. Wow! I had the most wonderous, spectacular and amazing experience at vans Miranda today. Served by the most knowledgeable and experienced manager out there, I didn’t catch her name but she was like the Messi (the GOAT) of retail stores. Absolutely emmaculate service. Truly a life changing experience. My friend, and I have decided to dedicate the rest of our once sorrowful now explorative and vivid lives to living close-by this spectacular vans store.
