From the moment we walked in we were greeted. Elise was super helpful and patient. She went out of her way to make sure my dad found the right pair of shoes. As someone who works in customer service, I thought she was amazing😊🤩
Great help by team member Xavier. He went out of his way and helped beyond with my purchase today. Was well spoken, courteous , knowledgeable and overall just a good guy helping out a single dad in last minute start of year school shopping. Thank you for such an easy no fuss shopping experience and will be now the only vans shop I’ll attend for myself and kids needs. 10/10 Xavier keep up the good work I really appreciate it .
