Old school Mom and Pop locksmith that will do it right! I was sent to 2 other locksmiths before finally someone recommend Van's. I had keys from 1973 VW Beetle that I needed copied and they had the correct blanks. Great service and price. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend coming
Fast, efficient and reasonable Locked myself out of auto. Called and was told it would be 30 minutes. They were there on schedule. Opening of door was tricky due to locking mechanism, but got it done in <15 minutes. Cost was $55, which was well below pricing from other locksmiths.
Quick, Friendly Service Had to have locks re-keyed due to keys being stolen. Van's came out in less than one hour and had the job done in less than 30 minutes. Quick, polite, helpful, friendly. Will definitely recommend to others.
the Locksmith's Locksmith I moved into a home with a beautiful patio door for which I had no keys. After a few years, I had a problem with the lock mechanism and couldn't lock the door from the inside either. I stopped in at a local locksmith's shop, described the door and locking mechanism and he referred me to Van's Lock & Key. This locksmith told me Van's is the place for Hard-to-find items. He was right. Van's took care of me when others could not.
not true vans is a great company. It is perfectly understandable for someone to complain because they were already oviously quite busy. price is fine too
Poor customer service I called this place cause I had read a good review elsewhere. I locked my keys inside my bedroom and got locked out.Arranged for someone to stop after work to unlock the door. My friend was not back from work so turns out the front door was locked and also did not have a key for that. The man grouched and complained about having to open an extra door, and how it was taking up his time. Anyways, it took him 3 minutes to open both doors for what he charged $65 and complained all while doing it.
