They came out today to fix 2 locks. Was much less expensive than I thought and the service was great!
Didn't respond to online scheduling and Man rude on phone Wish I could do zero stars.I had keys locked in my car. I did the online scheduling with Van's and never heard back (even though it said I would within 1/2 hour). I then called them almost 2 hours later and the man who answered was rude to me. I could tell he was not going to be friendly the minute he answered the phone- he must be having a bad day. Been in a couple times and they’re always helpful and nice
I just found out the other day that I was taken by this company. I called them in August of 2016 to get my locks rekeyed a man came out on August 16, 2016 took 5 locks off the doors and went to his van ; in a little bit he came back in and put the locks back on the doors gave me two keys and i gave him two keys and $125.00 . Well just the other day I found a key that was to the old locks but to my shock the old key still locks and unlocks my doors.
