Skillful, swift and reasonable We have used Van's multiple times for jewelry repair, resizing, etc. We are always very impressed with the quality of the repairs, the quick turnaround time and reasonable cost. The jeweler is very knowledgeable, and he and his wife are both very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone (and have).
Horrible Customer Service I went there with my fiance and was not greeted at the door. The gentleman was there helping a couple of women look at rings. He never said "be right with you" and never acknowledged that we were there. A woman was ringing someone up and after they left, she looked our way, but never said anything to us either. They kissed my business goodbye...and i was there to purchase an engagement ring...their loss!
