Ken responded to our call immediately Sunday evening after our A/C went out. He was there first thing Monday morning, even went out of his way to pick up a special part that was needed. Prompt service and honest pricing will have us returning for not only other HVAC issues, but general servicing as well.
They were very courteous and figured out why my Ac unit wasn't working properly. And got it working.

This is a 2nd rate company. My apartment complex is attempting to use Vans for HVAC repairs. It was a poor choice because Vans is doing the 3 nots. They are not onsite. They are not fixing anything. They are not worth the money.
