Holiday travel can mean more idiots on the road, but the last we expect to act irresponsibly is a public servant: Van's Garage & Towing, pulling a Mazda Miata, unlawfully used their lights in a non-emergency situation to intimidate a driver (who was already going well over the speed limit himself) to yield out of a lane, in a precarious configuration, surrounded by vehicles on i70, in a torrential downpour.
