I don't usually write reviews. It has been months since the service I received was done, so I have had time to test the repair and reflect on the service. I brought my truck in for an AC replacement and an aftermarket brake kit to be installed on my older truck. We have been taking our vehicles to Vans since the 70's. Wonderful service & customer service. Will definitely go back when/if needed.
Asking over 100 an hour but they also work on other vehicles while on yours, seen it myself. Overpriced
I recently brought in my car to have the brakes checked as a Jiffy Lube in corpus had told me that I was "metal on metal." Ted called me back to say that I was definitely NOT metal on metal but I would likely need to replace my brakes within the next 5k miles. I went ahead and got everything replaced with Van's as I've always trusted them telling me like it is and NEVER trying to scam me into a purchase like these other large companies.
