No stress buying from Jacob. Jacob is knowledgeable and prompt. He doesn’t hard sell and offered answers to all my questions. He’s got a guy to handle the logistics if you’re buying from states away. I had contracts signed and he had my van delivered across the country within a week. 10/10 would buy from him again!
I bought a Delica from Vans From Japan and they were easy to work with. Responsive, helpful, great process. However, the van showed up with a busted headlight held on with electrical tape that was very much not in the listing photos. They offered to get me a replacement, but proceeded to stop responding to my messages and never followed through on making that right.
Vans From Japan is the real deal! I live 3 states away and was a little nervous about purchasing a vehicle so far from home. But Jacob was very professional, honest, and made the whole process go super smooth. After payment he set me up with delivery, two days later the Estima was in my driveway! The van arrived super clean with all the legal documentation. Amazing experience, highly recommend. Love my new egg van!
