No stress buying from Jacob. Jacob is knowledgeable and prompt. He doesn’t hard sell and offered answers to all my questions. He’s got a guy to handle the logistics if you’re buying from states away. I had contracts signed and he had my van delivered across the country within a week. 10/10 would buy from him again!
I bought a Delica from Vans From Japan and they were easy to work with. Responsive, helpful, great process. However, the van showed up with a busted headlight held on with electrical tape that was very much not in the listing photos. They offered to get me a replacement, but proceeded to stop responding to my messages and never followed through on making that right.

But Jacob was very professional, honest, and made the whole process go super smooth. After payment he set me up with delivery, two days later the Estima was in my driveway! The van arrived super clean with all the legal documentation. Amazing experience, highly recommend. Love my new egg van!

If you are looking for a particular vehicle and they happen to have it listed… buy it!!! I was nervous about purchasing a JDM vehicle but you can not go wrong with Jacob and VansfromJapan. Communication is top notch and they walk you through the entire process. The Toyota Crown I received was better than expected and price was very fair. Happy with my purchase!!!
