Since 2020, I have been trying to get Van Yoshikawa to finish submitting the proper paperwork to HECO for final permission to operate. I have only received excuses or promises to get it done, but to date, nothing has been submitted to HECO. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and DCCA to no avail.
