Excellent experience, had to exchange 2 pairs of shoes for incorrect sizes and I was feeling doubtful as I lost the receipt for one of them, however Drew and Karan were both awesome, managed to find my receipt in the system from another store I purchased them from and exchange them immediately, couldn’t be happier!
I wish I could give this a negative 5-star rating. Purchased on 27 March, and noticed the shoe starting to fall apart last weekend. I returned to the store, but the manager refused to acknowledge it as a quality issue, claiming the shoes were "HEAVILY worn." I honestly wonder how "heavily" a 3.5-year-old can wear shoes — are these even designed for toddlers? Or are toddlers wearing Vans not supposed to use them for daily activities? The new store manager was absolutely amazing with our autistic son. She let him inspect the shoes and take his time. We ended up getting family matching shoes because she was so helpful!
