Van's Business machines service is absolutely top notch. We have production equipment and it's never run better. More than once they have fixed things I didn't even know were a problem until my press was magically just working better after they left. I really appreciate Van's taking the time to really dig into the problem and get to the bottom of it to make our machine right. Our Ricoh press drives our business and Van's keeps it running perfectly.

Van's Business Machines is great to work with. They are always prompt to come in the office if there is an issue. Carrie is always so pleasant and polite on the phone.

After spending weeks waiting on a machine from another company, I was told they wouldn't deliver it during the winter because they couldn't get it downstairs. Needless to say, I was pretty frustrated. I called Vans to see if they serviced my area, and they did. They had a refurbished machine delivered the same week, which was such a relief. One of the best parts is that I don't have to worry about the machine. Jay and Carrie have been excellent to work with! They worked with us to get exactly what we needed for our business needs. Very reasonably priced, and great after purchase help! Highly recommend them!
