Van's Business Machines is great to work with. They are always prompt to come in the office if there is an issue. Carrie is always so pleasant and polite on the phone.
After spending weeks waiting on a machine from another company, I was told they wouldn't deliver it during the winter because they couldn't get it downstairs. Needless to say, I was pretty frustrated. I called Vans to see if they serviced my area, and they did. They had a refurbished machine delivered the same week, which was such a relief.
