Over the Melbourne Cup long weekend, I had a fabulous experience with the team at Vans DFO Bundoora! I was after a particular pair of red Premium Old Skools - unfortunately the store did not have them on hand, however, the team were able source a pair from interstate and they arrived at my door 3 days later! Overall, customer service is incredible and I look forward to shopping here again soon!!
I had the lovely Ashlee serve me and my husband about 10 minutes ago. I’m so pleased with how much she helped us and how friendly and bubbly she was! Some of the best customer service I have ever had. 100% recommend going here.
