Service was great. Food was ok. Very pricey. Our grandson wanted to go.
Stopped into VANS on a Monday night for the 75¢ wings and ended up having one of the most entertaining meals I’ve had in a while. The California Cowboy wings were crisp and delicious, with actual guacamole, although they could have used a much heavier hand with the Cool Ranch Doritos. Tacos are so so good. Taco Tuesday! You have to try them.
We've gone maybe 5 times or so since they opened. The first time we had good service and they had a family deal. Only issue was they overcharged for drinks. We came another night over an hour and a half before closing but you'd think I walked in at closing for the way were treated. We were rushed to order our food. Again they charged extra for refills when it states free refills. The last time we came we waited to be sat and was ignored for over 5 minutes. Finally we were sat. I came into town on business and wanted to try something new. I stopped into Vans Bar Style Pizza and it DID NOT disappoint. I got the pear and arugula salad (scrumptious), shrimp scampi (the best I ever had) and tried their sweet chili and garganzola wings. OMG!!!!! DON'T THINK TWICE SIT AND EAT. I had to take the chocolate lava cake to go but I'm sure it's just as delicious as everything else.
