Hands down the best shops I've ever used. I have been coming to Van's in Wadsworth for more than 10 years. I also frequent Van's in Akron. Since my first visit, I have never used another shop. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and competitively priced. Highly recommend.
I recently purchased tires for my Cadillac Escalade, the guys up front were incredibly knowledgeable, Kenny explained the difference in each tire option and helped me make the best choice for my needs. They had me in and out the same day!! Excellent service all around.

Both times we went to Vans we had issues and the vehicle wasn't ready when they promised as "their schedule was very busy". They couldn't perform the alignment with a new set of tires because they missed the time for it to be done which was after 5 pm and the vehicle was dropped off in the morning. Today I dropped the vehicle off around 8:30 am and they promised to have it done by 2pm. Called at 2:15 pm and vehicle still had not been worked on.
