On Friday the 13th, I was driving from Medina to Wadsworth to pick up my granddaughters from school and drop them at their house in Wadsworth. At a stop light, someone got out of their vehicle and tapped on my window to let me know one of my tires was flat. On my son’s recommendation, I called Vans to see if they could check the tire for me. In less than an hour, they diagnosed the problem (a screw in the flat tire) and repaired it. Update: I brought a new to me Porsche in for service & everything was awesome as usual. Matt & Dennis were amazing. I highly recommend Van's for any vehicle needs Amazing service! They offered me a ride home & said they'd pick me up when my car was ready since it was going to take a few hours due to my wheel size and thin tires. It was done very quickly anyway. A+
Great staff. Very knowledgeable . Friendly. Helpful and give great advice. Would get my tires anywhere else!!
