Great service and nice team!
While waiting for my vehicle to get an oil change and tire rotation employees at the desk were discussing “how great a day” they were having. They discussed how much money the store made on this particular day. And they sounded very proud of what they “accomplished.” All the while customers were waiting for their vehicle. Further, I asked for a tire rotation along with my oil change. The tech said he could not find my lock key for the wheel lugs. The last people to have had the key was Vans mechanics. The Wadsworth location found a nail in my tire and repaired it. The Akron location replaced the valve stem multiple times and did not look for the nail.
Excellent service. Very personable staff.
