They were nice, courteous, honest, explained everything clearly, and did a great job.
I have used Van's in Sheffield twice now and on both visits I truly felt as if I was there most important customer while I was there. I was givin a reminder text the day prior and a follow up text a day after but the day of was by far the best. My work keeps me very busy so time is precious and these people know this and they are very thorough and thoughtful because on both visits I fell asleep while waiting and they let me sleep. They changed my oil/filter, & rotated my tires. They did a great job, & let know some other items that needed some attention.
