PLEASE READ TO THE END !!!! Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I took my car in to get a few things repaired. Scratches, dents, touch ups, new spoiler painted and installed and old one removed. He had kept my car for a total of 10 days including the weekends. I went to pick the car up and I was in shock. In 10 days all he did was paint the front bar and the touch ups and install the new spoiler. The dents were still there. And was told to come back in two weeks to get the dents done. I was quite impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the team. The owner took great care to explain the repairs process. I had the passenger side mirror replaced, got the scratches buffed and the plastic window components replaced. I own a performance car and was quite apprehensive. This was allayed during pickup after seeing the fine workmanship. The car was returned earlier than expected. Many thanks to the team for a job well done
From the second I stepped in the staff were not only friendly but very professional and honest. The quality of work done on my car was fantastic. I am so impressed. Not only is the workmanship fabulous but so is the staff. They had everything ready for the date of drop off and kept me in the loop every step of the way until pickup. The made a promise to me and certainly delivered. Extra bonus point for giving me back a spotless car.
Second time I've been to Vanquish on some unfortunate circumstances. Both times the service has been impeccable and the workmanship second to none. Many thanks to their entire team. Here's hoping I don't have to make another trip out anytime soon!
