Today was my first visit to the office. The receptionist and medical staff was extremely pleasant, which made the check-in process smooth an welcoming. Dr. VanNoy was polite, well organized, and took the time to discuss all of my needs and concerns without feeling rushed. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend this office.
I have repeatedly called with no response. Ask for refills on medicine repeated times and have not gotten any satisfaction.
For many years, finding a doctor who cares was impossible. That is until I went to see Mrs VanNoy. She, along with the staff are amazing. They all seem to really care about the importance and improvement of your health. She is very thorough and patient. She genuinely cares and you can't put a price tag on that. I pray that others will follow her lead. She is amazing and I just love her. I thank God for her.
Wont go back! Dr. VanNoy's tone was extremely condescending and borderline disrespectful. I guess her years of experience give her the right to speak to her patients in that manner. I have never in my life walked out of Dr's appt but this was the first.
