Excellent plumber, thorough and knowledgeable. These days people don't seem to appreciate or value experience. Mr. Vanover has many years of experience and he knows his trade. He does quality work.
It took him 4 hours to figure out there was rust on the burners. We were charged for that time plus a huge up charge on the ignitor. He told me we needed 6 new burners. I checked the furnace, it has 4. Not to mention I found new burners for less than half of what he wanted to charge me for each burner. Seemed nice enough at first, but the above is a few reasons I distrust some service people. Almost $300 later and there is still work to be done on the furnace, but we will be doing it now.
