Always great service and timely. The team is honest about times and waits, as well as transparent in costs and services completed.
I wasn't going to leave a Google review after filling out their internal review but here we are. Over the last few months I've attempted to have two different services performed on my 2024 C8. Both attempts were scheduled ahead of time and were confirmed via text messages with someone in service which service was to be performed. The first service was to have new tires installed. I dropped off the car at my appointment time and about 20min later was informed that IO doesn't have the equipment to pull and install C8 tires. I ... read more
Called to make appointment for next day service. Got the day and time I requested. Took my truck into the service place. They called me back about 2.5 hours later to tell me the service was completed and the truck was ready to pick-up. Everything was done to my satisfaction. Some other services were recommended which need to be done. Very good interaction and knowledgeable people.
