I had so many issues with my Hyundai palisade upon purchasing it from iron oak. And I will admit prior to them hiring Brian (service manager) & Josh (assistant/mechanic) I’d never recommend this GM service center for even an oil change. But these guys are turning the place around, starting with compassion and communication! I wasn't going to leave a Google review after filling out their internal review but here we are. Over the last few months I've attempted to have two different services performed on my 2024 C8. Both attempts were scheduled ahead of time and were confirmed via text messages with someone in service which service was to be performed. The first service was to have new tires installed. I dropped off the car at my appointment time and about 20min later was informed that IO doesn't have the equipment to pull and install C8 tires. I ... read more
