My husband and I went for a wellness check. Dr Faison is so thorough and professional. She was attentive to all of our concerns and addressed them diligently with future referral appointments. The office was very clean, staff was professional. Our labs were done and resulted the next day via patient portal! I highly recommend this amazing MD! Thank you Dr Faison.
Dr. Faison was caring, concerned for my well-being as well as my health. She ordered my Bloodwork promptly , made sure I was up-to-date with my health screenings. She also conducted my Ob-gyn screening herself which was quick and efficient. The time she spent getting to listen to my concerns for my health is priceless to me. She and her staff seen me through my health journey. Any procedures I needed or needed a referral they were on it. She is the best physician I have ever had. I love Dr. Faison- I’ve been going to her for almost 4 years & she has been nothing but professional & compassionate. She really listens and I’ve never felt rushed. The nurses that work there are always sweet. Raven is truly great! Thank you!
Dr Faison's office is hard to get on the phone, and does not call In my Mother's prescriptions. I went with my mother to one appointment and they were almost rude to the point I was ready to leave. I believe most Dr.'s these days don't care about their patients, just the money that they can make as a MD. It is truly sad when their website says their office is open.and after trying to call.for 3 hours the phone just says "the person you are.trying to.call is unavailable at this time."
