I usually don’t do reviews but I had to for this service because Cesar was by far the worse mechanic I’ve ever used in my life. My regular mechanic was super backed up so I gave him a try due to convenience and he gave me a price on a simple spark plug and ignition coil change which I was okay with. Little pricey but not too far from others. Not only did he put used coils and spark plugs when I paid for new ones he also unplugged some of my sensors and didn’t plug them back. I brought my vehicle to VanOrman Diesel for a diagnostic and was told I needed a full engine replacement, quoted at over $6,000 for parts and labor. Something didn’t sit right with me, so I decided to get a second opinion and I’m glad I did. It turned out that all I needed was a new alternator, a much smaller and less expensive repair. To make matters worse, when I picked up my vehicle, several valuable items were missing including my child’s iPad, a money pouch, and a pair of designer frames. Terrible experience. The mechanic Cesar Suarez performed poor-quality work on my car, which ultimately caused it to break down. Because of this, I was left without a working vehicle. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.
