I have taken my vehicles to a lot of places. I have genuinely never had such an experienced and knowledgeable group work on my vehicles more than the team at VanOrman. I had a problem with my steering and 4 different shops couldn’t figure it out (not blaming the other shops). When I took it in to the guys here at VanOrman they took a deep dive into the vehicle and found the problem to be a loose castle nut on the drag link. I usually don’t do reviews but I had to for this service because Cesar was by far the worse mechanic I’ve ever used in my life. My regular mechanic was super backed up so I gave him a try due to convenience and he gave me a price on a simple spark plug and ignition coil change which I was okay with. Little pricey but not too far from others. Not only did he put used coils and spark plugs when I paid for new ones he also unplugged some of my sensors and didn’t plug them back. I brought my vehicle to VanOrman Diesel for a diagnostic and was told I needed a full engine replacement, quoted at over $6,000 for parts and labor. Something didn’t sit right with me, so I decided to get a second opinion and I’m glad I did. It turned out that all I needed was a new alternator, a much smaller and less expensive repair.
